there is a tv show on amazon i think......i think it iss called the marvelous mrs musiel...about a housewife in the late 1950s who becomes a standup comedian.......lenny bruce is a recurring character.....anybody see this ?

i agree...bias can can be caused by different factors....i dont consider bias to be an original sin.....bias can be meritoriously earned from fairly objective ingestion of facts and observations of responses to challenges.....eventually if a pattern emerges you might have a correct bias.

issa is retiring.......remember that scene from king of comedy where deniro has a set in his basement where he makes believe he is a night time talk show host interviewing people.....issa is building a little hearing room in his house where he will have a cardboard hilary clinton and gowdy can come over and they can make believe that they are grilling hilary about bengazi.......sound track with murmering...snickering.....groaning...they will have gavels and a bible.

I am not in the media. They should not be.

they should try not to be on news coverage.......they all show bias now on news coverage...the presentation on the cable news big 3 is a mixture of commentary and news...i agree.....i rarely see nightly news on nbc..abc ..cbs...im sure that is different....the commentary shows are of course the proper home for bias.......if someone else's bias is different than mine i do find it very difficult to watch........but i am always challenging myself to look at facts and treat opinions differently...i would rather read other points of views because i dont want to listen to an angry sounging different point of view...that isnt something i can listen too....ie i could never ever listen to a hannity....

No, they can be biased. They should try not to show their bias in their reporting. I agree with that completely, but it ain't going to happen.
