That's probably true. I'm just waiting for Childress to get canned, so we can bring in Marty-ball. We need someone who actually knows how to run a conservative offense.

The Vikings apparently did put forth a decent effort yesterday. I still believe however that the only thing they'll be consistent in is being inconsistent.

If it were still TaGarbage in there, they'd be 2-7. As it is, they have a real shot at the division still. And NOBODY will want to face purple Jesus in the playoffs.

Not if you talk to other Vikings fans. I gave Tarvaris a chance, but when I went to the Vikings-Colts game earlier this season and saw Tarvaris miss a wide open receiver in the flat by about 7 feet (and also having to settle for 5 FGs because he couldn't complete a red zone pass if his life depended on it), I'd had enough. Our QB situation is awful, but even with all of Gus' errant throws and turnovers, I'd still rather have him out there than Tarvaris.
