Well, first, the objective of excercise isn't to find easier ways to do them. It's kind of chickly but I guess you could do them on one of those bouncing balls. I had to look up prone cobra(it's chickly anyway) but you could do the YTWL standing with back parallel to the floor. Flex at the knees and do the exercise. Not sure what sort of weight you're using or your level of development but, if you find it too hard to keep your back flat, lower the weight. Doing the exercise right is more important in preventing injury than simply moving weight.
