No, we still want to wait until early June. There is a dozen or so worlds set to rollover in the next 3-10 days and we don't want to add to that glut (for when this new world rolls over in the future). We want to do a better job of spacing them out.

So -- re-open this ticket in a week and we'll see where things stand.

Nfet is getting some things together for a blog. I think we should pick a world name here so the blog can get rolling.

Also how do the masses feel about a rule, if you finish in last in your division you have to write one thing for the blog the following season? Could add some spice and keep the blog constantly updated.

Nfet- I apologize for my rudeness yesterday. I shouldn't have gone off on you like that. Usually I rake care of problems via sitemail or live, so it is not my usual self. Just a bad couple of days in a row and you just ended up being the one who set me off, even if it was not your intention, but still it is no excuse. So hopefully, we can just put this past us and keep moving forward with this league. Once again, sorry for taking it out on you.

Knee- I think it would make the blog more interesting and would def be down for it ringer different opinions on the league every year.

I think the world name has been a consensus of Rickey. but we should take a vote on that in the next few days.

What are the limitations on the world name? Does it have to be one word? Does it have to be a player name? If not I think it should be something that grabs your attention.

Virtually every world is either a player name or something like United Baseball Association. The first two worlds started were Ruth and Aaron.

Cooperstown

Sandlot is already taken, and it was a GREAT movie

I think we need something with the word 'LIVE' in it

I also think maybe we should use a name that is indicative of the time like maybe Strasburg or Heyward

There is a World named Cooperstown. There is no World named Sandlot.

You can look at the name of all HBD Worlds by accessing HBD as though you were going to purchase a season.

I just looked at the list and there IS a world 'the sandlot'

LIVE NATION

The LIVE name is fine for now but 6 seasons from now it will be harder to fill our league.
