wow, a pick is made at 10:35 PM, and I'm getting my balls busted for picking at 8 AM the next day...sorry for sleeping LOL
----------
sleep is important but why not send a proxy? the commish (scud) is pretty much awake during those hours and maybe whoever's picking behind you is, too.
Oh I'm not mad....I just found it funny
I literally checked the board 5 minutes before I went to bed(and it wasn't my pick)...and made my pick 15 minutes after I woke up
No worries...I am happy(and I'm sure everyone else is happy) we are so ahead of schedule --- I just feel bad for the owner that might hold the draft up for a day and a half without missing his turn...he'll get burned in effigy in the forum :)
nobody thought u were mad...
Most people here know that the way these drafts usually go.
1. start fast - way ahead of schedule
2. slow down a bit because people think we're so far ahead of schedule so screw it, why should I proxy? - but we're still good/ahead of schedule
3. someone goes MIA when they are up - still ahead of schedule, tho. but need to wait for them for a while.
4. Someone misses their turn and gets skipped - behind schedule at this point and then possibly more people go MIA/get skipped
5. we finish the last round in a flurry, just to get it over with. someone usually gets skipped in the last round, too, tho.
proxying isn't that hard if u know who you want.
