The magic might be gone. Lost LCS to Humdogs this morning, and now down 3-1 to discodemo in WS. And tied at 2 vs. newark.

Also, since magicdreamer beat brianjw in that LCS game 7, I can clinch 1st place if I beat jmissirlis to get a second WS win. He won Game 1. Follow along here

If I lose, then 1st place will be determined by how Brian does in his two WS. Brian would be able to ensure 1st place if I lose this WS and he wins both of his. Otherwise, I would either have the outright lead or we would tie and I would get 1st by nature of the tiebreaker (though, for all intents and purposes, we would be tied going into Round 2).

He is currently up 1-0 in one WS (linked above, against donaldjtrump) and tied 2-2 in the other against jfranco77 (here)

Some additional context on magicdreamer's incredible run:

Not only would he tie Donburgh for the second lowest regular season points to ever make Round 2, he also would be only the 4th owner to ever have a 100 loss team and still make Round 2. However, his would be, BY FAR, the worst.

His 255M team won only 40 games (40-122).

The previous worst was by calhoop, 10 years ago in 2009. One of his low-cap teams won 54 games. The two other 100+ loss teams to still get to Round 2 were newarkwilder in 2013 (60-102) and pinstripes5 in 2006 (61-101).

Great comeback by magicdreamer in the LCS against me. I had a 3-1 lead, and 3 good Madduxes going the next three games. Just wasn't enough to close it out. Good work!
