SKIP CARD--each owner will also be given one (1) Skip card--this card may be played at any time during the draft which will automatically skip the next person BEFORE or AFTER you in each round, thus forcing that person to the bottom of THE CURRENT ROUND (regardless of whether everse played or not). ya but you can only proxy a player. You shouldnt be able to use a skip until I am actually up and have a chance to pick.
