Did someone give him a heads up? His time slot hasn't hit yet.

I sitemailed him. We don't wait. You don't have to pick, but it is common. It's happened to me more than once.

The rules are if someone selects someone that has already been picked, they forfeit their time slot and the next person in on the clock and the draft may continue as normal. The manager who made the ineligible pick can correct it at any time, but of course any players taken in the interim are now off the board.

Not that I care, but that should probably be on the rules page...the only thing it says is once a time slot is over.
