I'm not sure what to believe. McMaster is the only named source, and he claims Trump didn't disclose anything that hadn't already gone public.

The WaPo is making a serious charge. If Trump did it, he may have put a human source in danger. If it is a fabrication, it is irresponsible journalism.

trump did not technically name the source..thus the mcmaster nuanced scripted statement...what he did was to give certain classified info that gave the russians the identity without trump having to say it.........several aides immediately contacted cia and nsa..it was considered a violation of national security. and an urgent danger.

Entirely possible. Even some on the right see trouble. But the media faces a serious backlash if this stuff turns out to not be true. Their credibility is already in shambles.
Trump has brought in some stand up people. McMaster and Tillerson aren't yes men. If they feel Trump is over the edge, they will jump ship. That would be telling. But if they don't, that tells me they are comfortable enough with Donald at the tiller.

That doesn't mean that there isn't some truth to the story. But he is on record that as reported, it isn't true...read into that what you will.
