For those of you who think you are making a point about the fact Laraque wasn't on the ice, that's a sure sign you know nothing about the unwritten rules of hockey. Hatcher and Laraque are the teams two respective goons. Hatcher having any self-respect or respect for his role would've just skated away from Malone and let one of his teammates take care of him. Its like ancient warfare rules, each team's champion takes on the other team's champion. The fact Hatcher, a heavyweight, dropped his gloves on Malone, a scorer and a middleweight just proves what I've suspected about Hatcher all along. Besides, are you saying that Upshall can't take care of himself? That's funny, it seems that the favorite pasttime of Penguin haters is to take jabs at Crosby for not being able to stand up for himself. How ironic.
