My understanding is that once you spot passes it passes and the draft goes on as if you had picked. There is no waiting for time slots as long as the person just before you has made their pick. this league has the proxy system, so if you miss a pick it is on you.

As long as we're caught up until that day, as soon as the guy before you goes, you can go. Taint can clarify if I'm wrong, but that's usually how it goes.

For example, if the 12pm and 1230pm guys miss their pick and the 1pm guy makes his on time, the 130pm guy is now on the clock
Yup, thats how we've been rolling it.
