20. caldreaming - Jerry West, Julius Erving, Bobby Jones, Dave Cowens, Dan Majerle, Jamal Tinsley, Dale Davis

high usage @ 122.5%... low boards. this is gonna hurt you in this league, cal, since you're depending on cowens carrying the load. the man fouls out of games in this sim a lot. though dr. j does some rebounding, but the version you've selected does not. just 19% drebs.  i like the dale davis pick. and you'll be relying on his game to pull you through. bobby jones will be your most consistent player, but he just doesnt provide enough to make a real difference. the logo is a stud and should get more love from owners, but he has fallen from grace the past couple of years because of turnovers. still, this guy gets to the line a ton (eben in the sim) and is a consistent scorer. though dr. j was one of my favorites growing up, he seems to have a little sim poison and often performs under expectations. i like marjerle, but becomes a ghost in sim league play. overall, with the addition of tinsely, this team has good balance, but will average 48 boards a game. you're gonna need to up that to 52+ to make a run at the playoffs. this is your achilles heel. otherwise, you've got good scoring, good dimes, some decent def and a few 3's. grade - C+

two things about my team - 1) we're gonna get killed on the boards. 2) kobe will score a lot

The good- efg should be very good. I like the ball distribution. Defense is pretty good. No 20 defenders. Still have 3M left for cheap 3's and boards.

The bad- Still need a little more rebounding. Seems to be a common problem and I  see 2 possible reasons why. People have backed off some of the normally drafted high reb% guys because their D has taken a huge hit. A large majority of the monster rebounders have foul issues owners are trying to avoid. I will have to pick up some cheap 3's.
 
The ugly- Bird & Granger could clash when on the court. Hurting each others game overall. Maxwell and Sabonis will get eaten alive inside with their 50 defense. Too many guys hanging out at midrange.......not enough perimeter or post players. Low fta's and rebounds usually spells disaster. I will have to use my 3M very wisely to help resolve those issues. The trick will be upgrading my problem areas while still not killing my fouls, TO's and efg.

Prediction- Like most of my BOWIS teams, this group should hover around .500 and come down to a coin flip on the playoffs.

getting durant made me change what i wanted to do but i couldnt pass up the chance to see what he and wade can do....cheeks gets demoted to his cheapest season(510 mins) to make room for assist monster jackson...im using the 2001 min version(43.5ast%) so i can have wade play some pg, moving durant up to sg - his best position....really wanted charlie edge at sf but will settle for andersen, fouls are kinda high but hes a beast on the boards and blocks shots...daniels was a steal to get that late in the c round...gives me a solid paint scoring 3rd option

with daniels and wallace i should be pretty solid on the boards and the team defense is good with 3 100 defenders and plenty of blocks....not sure how the wade/durant combo will work out on offense, might be too many turnovers, but they will definitely put up the points and should live at the line....should be a playoff team

it's gonna be like riding a bronco for awhile, i think, dh... taking big ben really helps this team the most. his low usage will serve the 2 top guns well. always touch and go having 2 mid 30% usage guys starting. always need a rodman or ben wallace type to control things and u have one of those guys. and starting jackson and reducing cheeks is the best way to go. cheeks usage was 15% i think, and the version of jackson is a little less. a little light on 3's, but certainly not so bad that it will hurt. another great team, creepo!

yea i love big ben...ive used him more then any other player(except rodman of course)

i wonder who is gonna average more?....wade has the usage but durant has the mins....should be fun
