I just like to post and then see a string of Dougout blocked posts. I believe it's called pushing buttons. I have real political discourse on a Facebook page with strict rules on name calling and angry outbursts. No memes or article posting allowed either.
Only social media I am on is LinkedIn. Still a lot of Jew hate on FB?
I have never seen Jew hate anywhere other than from fringe right wing conservative groups. I don't even get it.

Yeah. From trump fans.
Nice try. After holding the Palestinian flag up at the DNC, I know where the Jew hate in this country really lies. Your Democrat Party. It was Trump who moved the embassy to Jerusalem.
Trump literally called himself a nationalist.

The people chanting Jews will not replace us were Trump supporters.

You’re in massive denial if you don’t see that the anti-semitiam movement in America is centered in the Trump base.
Then explain the Palestinian Flag at the DNC and all the BDS crap coming from your party? I feel safer around Republicans than Democrats who call me a Zionist and an occupier. I am sure there are racist Republicans down South but I am surrounded by bigoted Democrats here. Do you deny that it was Trump that moved the capital to Jerusalem? Do you also deny that your party supports Palestine over Israel and the BDS movements?

I am not in denial at all. I see it clearly because I am a Jew and I actually experience it. Walk a mile in my shoes and then talk.
Showing support for Palestine isn't anti-Semitic.

I'd also argue that most BDS support pales in comparison to white nationalism and has a significantly less violent history.

Of course you would. You have no idea what you are talking about. Your ignorance is astonishing.

Support for Palestine isn’t Anti-Jew. It’s recognizing that the Palestinians are in a ******, ******-up situation.

On the other hand, marching nationalist Trump supporters are most certainly anti-Jew.

If you say so. Thanks for telling a Jew who has experienced Anti semitism on numerous occasions that you know better than me what anti semitism looks like. There are many people in poor situations like the Kurds. People don’t care. They care about Palestinians because supposedly those wicked Jews are the ones oppressing them.

Lunatic thinks his opinions are gospel, although the vast majority read them only for amusement and to ridicule him.

I don’t mind the banter but he is a hypocrite. He argues that I have no idea how blacks feel racism as I am not black but he has every right to tell me what is and is not antisemitism even though he is not a Jew. Incredible audacity.

Pretty sure it was Bob who told you that you have no idea how blacks feel.

still trying to see where the anti jew **** is except on the fringe right.

BDS: The Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement (also known as the BDS movement) is a global campaign promoting various forms of boycott against Israel until it meets what the campaign describes as "[Israel's] obligations under international law", defined as withdrawal from the occupied territories, removal of the separation barrier in the West Bank, full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promotion of the right of return of Palestinian refugees.

Wow, that sounds way worse than Nazis advocating for the global eradication of Jews.

I'd totally jump in with the Nazis if I were Jewish.

Yeah and you really believe that is what it is? You're more gullible than Tang.

BDS leaders often claim that their goals are limited to opposing the post-1967 “occupation” and “settlements,” but this is highly misleading.
As acknowledged by BDS ideologues and stated in the declaration of the 2001 Durban NGO Forum, the objective of BDS is the destruction of Israel as a Jewish state – using the strategy of exploiting the rhetoric of human rights and false “apartheid” analogies to demonize and isolate Israel.

  • The decision to focus on settlements is part of the broader tactic to legitimize the BDS campaign, in order for NGOs to continue receiving support from foreign governments and private foundations that declare they do not support the objectives of BDS.
  • As’ad Abu Khalil, a central activist in the U.S., wrote (2012): “There should not be any equivocation on the subject. Justice and freedom for the Palestinians are incompatible with the existence of the state of Israel.”
  • Pro-BDS author Ahmed Moor stated (2010): “BDS does mean the end of the Jewish state…Ending the occupation doesn’t mean anything if it doesn’t mean upending the Jewish state itself.”
  • Co-founder of Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel (PACBI) Omar Barghouti said, “The current phase has all the emblematic properties of what may be considered the final chapter of the Zionist project. We are witnessing the rapid demise of Zionism, and nothing can be done to save it, for Zionism is intent on killing itself. I, for one, support euthanasia.”

By comparing Israeli officials and soldiers to “Nazis,” and Gaza to a “concentration camp” or “ghetto,” activists unmistakably seek to label Israel as evil and genocidal. Inasmuch as Jews were the primary victims of the Holocaust, the use of this rhetoric to demonize Jews and the Jewish state is highly immoral. Statements such as “the victims have become the victimizers,” while not explicitly mentioning the Holocaust, are no less vicious and offensive. Similarly, the claim that the Palestinians are paying the price for European crimes minimizes the importance of Israel in Jewish history and is designed to deny the legitimacy of the Jewish presence in Israel.

Yeah, That’s way too long, you just cut and pasted a page and left a link. Not interested in sorting through it all.

The reality is I’d never even heard of BDS until you brought it up. It isn’t backed by any western government and even the Palestinians don’t support it. It’s a non-threat.

Nazis, while also not backed by any government, make up a healthy chunk of Trump’s base. Trump panders to them and even publicly proclaims himself a nationalist.

If I were Jewish, I certainly wouldn’t want Trump in power.

Define healthy chunk? BDS was prevalent at the DNC. I did not see any Nazis at the RNC. You never heard of it because you are not a target of it. You don't attend Jewish events like I do. I would gauge that less than 1% of Trump's base is comprised of Nazis. You would be surprised who voted for Trump but didn't tell you.
10/26/2018 12:54 PM
I would argue that a large chunk of Trump's base is motivated by racism. It's why he always falls back on "brown people are scary" rhetoric.

Trump is also racist.
