Overall, I think it was my most efficient drafting season. DLo and Brandon were under-utilized but I only wanted like one season out of each. Everyone else was mostly fully utilized, not a lot of wasted minutes.

Hakeem would have been right on if he didn't foul out so damn much.

Ed Davis I was using a lot less at the beginning of the season before pivoting and deciding to fully play him like 10-20 games into the season.

Pretty happy with how the season shook out, though 1-2 of my players have now moved to my unlikely-to-draft-again list and I wonder what could have been if I did a bit better in those slots. Still slightly bitter at John for going on a horrible run the last 20 games or so and crashing out of the playoffs.

I also ended up using Kevin Love a bit less than I expected going it, but it varied season-to-season, his MIN and CLE profiles are pretty different.

The Tree Rollins experience is wild, man. I still don't really know how to value him especially since the true value of blocks remains elusive, to me at least. Wish he could cover PF, not that it was such an issue on these squads.

Who are the the two you are down on?

Nash - not because of his defense, which I was fine with in context, but because of the TOs and lack of boards. I defended the pick at the time but it's just a lot of negatives for a player who basically only contributes good but not mind-blowing shooting, and passing. I'd rather have gone with someone who brought some boards or at least had a cleaner game, especially with where I took him, and in retrospect there were a lot of other strong options out there. I really wanted Lillard so Nash was a bit of a consolation prize, the 3s looked good next to Timmy and Dr J, though he actually takes a lot of midrange shots compared to recent trends. The FT% is nice but the volume isn't all that high either.

I was also a bit underwhelmed by Iggy, especially since he ended up playing pretty much exclusively at the 3 for me. I like his skill set but with Dr J and Mookie (and 1-2 superior seasons each from Looney, Vandy, D West, and B Clarke drafted later) I really didn't need most of those mins and wish I had gone somewhere else at the end of the 6th, with a lot of talent still on the board and no minutes crunch to speak of.

I'll re-evaluate Mookie again once the postseason wraps, but I still think he's pretty good value at his ADP.

Thanks for the response. Rebounding and turnovers definitely hurt Nash for me.

I had Iggy super high in Savage 1 and 2. Then I re-evaluated the way I was rating players and he plummeted down my board.

I can never talk myself into Mookie but he is better than I give him credit for.

Lillard rules.

Wow. My teams are having just an absolutely brutal playoffs. I think earl could wrap this up. Chewy and dh looking good. What a bummer.

After getting progressively better each Savage, this one was a complete crash and burn disaster. Larry Bird and zero playoff teams. There is no way to sugar coat how badly I failed.

But I do know that I would not draft Nash again.

Nice reverse jinx Robusk. I just went 1-2 in Game 7s, and had already lost a team. If my math is correct, I need to win championships with both of my surviving teams, while at the same time, you getting shut out from a championship to survive. Not sure about the other teams, but I think you are a heavy, heavy favorite to repeat. Your teams are awesome.

world 4 wcf is the one to watch...robusk can lock up the crown with a series win over earl

W3 is a bit insane, with only one team that had a bye making it to the conference finals.

No jinx karma intended... my teams have struggled in the playoffs, and not necessarily the ones that I thought would have a tough time. So I am a bit perplexed to be honest. Plus I love your teams.

Only 4 squads with more than one conference finalist (dontburnearl, dh555, gerryred(!), robusk), which I think is much less than earlier seasons although I can't easily pull the numbers on it. I feel like there were usually a couple dominant squads + one offs in the past though. 15 squads(!) represented among 20 conference finalists. If that is not disparity, I don't know what is.
