despite the glitches I enjoy playing it most of the time. I would probably be out boozing and whoring around if it wasn't for WIS.

hmmm...maybe I should re think this

I should think if there is a cs department they should kiss our behind to forward the product. From what I here the cs department is very very bad. That is really confusing to me. What with the economy is the way it is right now. I've seen business in my neighborhood here in Brooklyn treat customers bad i.e. convenience stores. Why is that they don't know what they are doing. Hey I don't get it i don't understand why. Sim live play is down significantly is it not dead per se, but it is down. I don't understand why the half million users do not want to use this part of the product. Maybe some of the things that happen in the sim are extreme randomness but i think that might be par for the course. Anyway this is my contribution to this thread. I hope to play against you guys someday. Please comment and have a happy and a healthy day. Thank you

I personally have had no issues with customer service. I have run over 100 leagues, and have never had a problem with a quick response in order to correct an issue. Sure, there are some minor issues in the game play (very minor in my opinion), but both sides play by the same rules. Sometimes I wonder if those that say it is dead, just want it to be dead for whatever reason. Enjoy the product for what it is...a break from the day to day grind.

Couldn't agree more. Most of the complaints about bunts (other than the squeeze success rate) come down to realizing that just because you call for a bunt, doesn't mean it will happen. If a batter gets two strikes, he is going to swing away. So a 6-4-3 DP on a bunt, or a home run or fly to deep LF, just means the batter was unable to get a bunt down.

I think c/s does a fine job. I wish more resources were put into live, but if I ran a business that had one aspect accounting for 95% of my revenue and another that accounted for 5%, the former would get most of my attention. There's a difference between what support can't do (and apparently the relief-pitcher-facing-a-batter bug would falls into this category) and what they won't do.

Seriously, if Live annoys someone so much, just stop playing it. Problem solved.

Oh yeah, and if you like the product, join some of the leagues I have that are within a few owners of filling

Yup, you get walks on bunt attempts also.

This exact scenario just happened to me.

No picking on any of my friends, but the RP glitch has not happened to me ... yet? ...

From my observation, the high squeeze bunt success is the only major thing that i can think of fixing ...

As for if there was no WIS, what would I do? ... I would probably relapse and be out boozing and whoring around like szczubelek says he would! ...

There are things that could be fixed (many already mentioned) but overall I enjoy live alot. I have definitely experienced the RP glitch on many occasions. The effectiveness of the suicide bunt is too high. I would love a no sub warning message that would allow me at least a few seconds to react other then an immediate quick pitch.

Otherwise, customer service has been great to me and I still enjoy live.
