Yeah, one tip I'll give you is unless you're only staying at the college for one year, then recruit freshman or at least sophomores. I never recruit anything but freshman.

It depends on who else is applying to jobs. One decent year and you can take over nearly any D2 school, it's just a matter of if somebody with a better resume applies.
