Texas, Following real life just for the sake of following real life is not a good idea. Many things that are RL don't work for HD.

So, let me try to get what you're writing.

Because there's a rule that high school players can't be drafted, all five-star players leave after their freshman year in college.

your loyalty takes a hit when you rescind a scholarship from a player--if it were only loyalty to the program, doing so wouldn't hurt your loyalty grade as much.

Loyalty does not take a hit when you rescind a scholarship from a player.

no lm2, that is not what I am saying...

I am saying that nothing is broke when a five star player leaves after one season on an A+ program.

You are wrong. Name a player that has went pro IRL after 1 year while playing 6 minutes or less.

Second why are you being bias towards the A+ programs? Why should they have an added chance to be destroyed by EE's?

zhawks you are right, I don't know of anyone...but that player would of had 20+ minutes on most other teams..that year UNC players accounted for 13% of the total draft...

To the second question, envy and jealousy...I am coaching my alma mater and it will take forever if ever to get to that point...

EE's are not suppose to be to hold teams back and even the playing field. We are talking about a real coaches team (and his money spent) versus a fake players fictitious NBA career.

And it does not take more then 4-5 seasons (give or take) to build a winner if you know how to do it.

Good point Z... With that being said, why should players even leave early and go in an WIS NBA Draft considering their is no WIS NBA HD???

I feel coaches should have one last chance at players who are considering leaving early... Then we wouldnt have to worry as much about WIS fixing the current EE system, we can try and rectify it using our coaches rep, loyalty and winning...

The NCAA EA sports idea isnt a bad one. There has got to be something to assist in attempting to keep guys from leaving. I really believe that EE's, while they suck (They destroyed my Kansas team the last two seasons) are a critical part of the game, speficially when given the discrepency in talent. Plus while the game wont always be 100% realistic it is one of the simple things which do draw a similarities. EEs seem pretty random in real life and I think are fairly predictable in HD (Id say you can guess with 80%+ certainty who will stay or leave).

The fix is having a way to try and get them to stay. Right now we as coaches are powerless.

HA!!!!

Multiple choice ---> 2 of these 4 players (all from the same team) early last season - can you guess which ones?

A.) Freshman SG Barnes (813 overall, 8.3 mpg, 2.2 ppg)

B.) Sophmore C Slepski (841 overall, 7.5 ppg, 5.1 rpg)

C.) Freshman SF Davidson (891 Overall, 8.7 mpg, 2.4 ppg)

D.) Junior SF Pedrick (927 Overall, 11.5 ppg, 4.9 rpg) <--- teams leading scorer

*** Note: If you can guess this I would loooooooooove to hear the logic!!!
