If anyone was using my Recruiting Spreadsheet for Calc, there is a new version out there now. Same link as before:

HoopsDynasty Folder

No major changes, just modified so that the "Clear All" button on the PG sheet will reset all Bold, Italic, Underline, Font Colors, and Background Colors to default while clearing the recruits out and preparing the sheet for the next recruiting season. New filename is RecruitHD_Master.ods

is there a way to import the team data? It would appear so but I don't understand how to accomplish that...

If it is one of my sheets, there are also documentation files in that directory ... which sheet are you using.

okay, I figured it out. I guess I just should have read the directions more clearly. Amazing what a programer can do.

I probably just have to read the directions more but is there a way to change the desired starter?

Never mind - I think I figured out how to change the starters. I am not sure I know what all of the data means but it looks pretty slick.

OK, if you guys are using my recruiting spreadsheet, there is now a separate sheet for Dropdowns and another for normal recruits at each position.

I also added a feature so that if you double click on an attribute, the background of that cell cycles through green, red, white.  This allows you to set the potential for the recruit (red for low, green for high, white for average) by clicking the attribute if you want to do this.

Still named RecruitHD_Master.ods

And still located here:

I posted my HD Folder a couple of posts before this one ... there are spreadsheets and instructions how to use them in that folder.

I woudl think, HUghes, that you will have to rejigger your sheet now that low post is relevant for guards.  Means that it would no longer be valued at zero for recruits.

Depending on the sheet, there is a ranking page that contains the factors ... people can easily make changes there to give some things more and other things less importance.
