yeah what about Moss? shouldnt he get some playing time? He is the fastest and most athletic on the team, i just dont know where he would fit in the rotation.

I'd be careful using Moss against a pressing team, he could be a TO machine. Personally, I don't think Parrs' 31 reb really gives you anything at SF, and Moss would give you an absolutely blazing SF. I think that would be your best chance to create TOs and fastbreak points.

My personal opinion would be to put Moss at the 3 (his IQ is only 1/3 grade worse - so he's not a typical frosh) and just run, run, run. But to each his own.

But as cornfused mentioned you need to wait to see who you're playing.

I don't think his reb is that bad for div III. He has 1 great rebounder and then several solid ones. Oh what I would do to have players over +70 rebounding on my div III teams.

I strongly disagree, you need to look at his rebounding ratings again.

2nd best rebounder has a 51 rating. 3rd best rebounder has a 41 rating.

4th best rebounder? Would you believe a 31 rating? Sure he has some athleticism in there, but you can't have a 31 rebounding guy play any significant time at PF or C. He needs to find 4 guys that can play C and PF. Who's going to fill the void.

Sorry again those rebounding ratings are just awful.

I don't know, maybe there was a change to the game, where they made speed and athleticism more important for rebounding. If you ask me, I think the game has gone completely berzerk.

65-70 RPI teams making the tourney.
Guards getting a lot more rebounds than ever before.
Teams failing to score 40 and sometimes 30 points on a regular basis.
Unrealistic blowouts in Final 4 and Championship games.

Don't know what team you guys are looking at but that team's not too bad for todays DIII standards.

Overall team ath and spd is top notch for DIII any world.

He has one very good rebounder and 50 RB can hold its own in DIII with some ath.

He just needs to crank up the tempo and run over em. I'd ride fast and hard and just see how far those rabbits can go.

I get real tired of hearing how broken the game is just because it doesn't fit your definition of how it should be done. There is more than one way to skin this cat... 55 team ath and 57 team speed is very good for DIII. This team was built to run... to play em any other way will dilute their potential. If you meet a good team who can handle the pressure and speed you bring... your gonna lose. If you don't and play 2-3 teams with warts (like nearly all DIII teams have). your good,,, roll on.

I wouldn't be as concerned with who you are playing. You have the team that is difficult to match up against. You can't go slowdown as a FB team. I would set your defense to 0 and go with this 2-deep:

PG Webster, Glaude
SG Perry, Maiorano
SF Parris, Fletcher
PF Nick, Myers
C Wakefield, Long
Why would you move Perry from PG? That makes absolutely no sense
I would want Webster and Perry on the court. I would rather have Perry's 82 BH at SG and Webster's 99 P at PG.

Unfortunately, his team was outrebounded 39-24 in his 1st rd matchup and got killed on the offensive glass. He played his 31 rebounder at PF and Ithaca managed 19 offensive rebounds.
