Incorrectly quoting grammar rules on a fantasy sports forum would be my guess.

I'm assuming you don't know the difference between grammar and punctuation just as you don't know the rule for quotation marks and periods. That's okay--you can convince yourself that you're right and the world is wrong if you'd like.
