I occasionally post about owners who other commishes might want to steer clear of (minsho, ratatat72 and now jamacanheat). I think the situation with jamacanheat is noteworthy, and figured other owners would appreciate the heads up.

If you aren't interested in the subject, then don't read the thread. I realize that the temptation to ridicule is great, which speaks volumes about you, not me.

So the guy slandering someone they've never met (admittedly for at least the third time) in a public forum on the internet is taking the high road, now??

How an owner behaves in one world isn't always indicative of how he'll act in another. A rule of life is that people will adapt to what's acceptable and bend the rules as far as possible.

Perhaps you don't know the meaning of the word "slander." But I am not knowingly defaming jamacanheat. I am only stating the truth:

a) his team has been on autopilot for 18 days

b) three of his four active teams are on autopilot

c) he has not checked into our league for 8 days, and other leagues for nearly that long

d) he has not responded to four sitemails from 4/4 to 4/27

e) he has not responded to a sitemail from WIS

f) WIS told me that if he does not show up by 5/4, I can replace him

g) all of the above, IMHO, is a shame, as he is wasting his money and, IMHO, unnecessarily weakening his franchise.

The above are all true. None of the above is slander.

And again, if the topic is of no interest to you, move on.
