If you have a D prestige, how highly ranked of a player can you reasonable expect to get, if you recruit fairly close to home. I just took over Mercer, and I felt like I would focus on Georgia (where Mercer is), Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina, but especially in Georgia. I know when I was in Division 2 and had an A- school, I actually got a SG my last year that was ranked #95.
