Lol the press involves alot more than just running over and putting your hands up. If that were the case every college/nba team would use it but not many do.

last season in d2 wooden I signed a guy I only wanted for 1 season so I offered him a start and 30 mins and played him 5-10 a game and he left just like I wanted.  GL

No, they don't run it because of the constant running it requires and because if you do break it its an easy bucket. Not because it takes great defenders to run it.

press defense in the NCAA takes a lot of practice and pride... i would say the best team right now doing it is Missouri. the problem is the style doens't lead to individual stars on offense, so the stud recruits tend to avoid those schools.
