Or it could be the fact that Sauve and all the other mafia wanna be's that ruin it for everyone else, has made joining any live league a very unenjoyable experience, and thus have ran off all the talent!

If the Orioles can include the pre-1900 players on the team (which weren't affiliated with the modern day Orioles), I'd consider taking a team to help this move along.  This would be similar in allowing Ed Seward on the A's.  Would this be alright?

I have no problem with that.  I was planning on drafting from the 1901 version on, but if it will help to get the league moving again, sure!  Just not my call...
