The draft pool is thin though there certainly will be enough players to fill it.  The last round will certainly consist of spare parts.

And we still have the MVPs and CY Young winners added to the draft pool (right now it's Belle, Thomas, Cy Young & Steve Carlton)?

Yes.

In the case of Thomas we would go to the next down MVP candidate because Thomas is already in the draft pool.
