Another shot in the dark here...
Perhaps, when Admin was considering capping the prospect expenditures at $30M, they wrote the code and had it all set to go live, then forgot to take it out when they changed their mind, so the current offer you're making is being "cancelled" because it takes you over the (never technically implemented but planned) $30M prospect cap?
You seem to be in good shape with payroll and prospect budgets otherwise, so I'm trying to come up with any possible explanation. I'd be interested in hearing their ticket response though, so please share it when you hear back.
No, I took over a team mid-season this year w/ like a $14 mil payroll, and nothing of worth on the FA market (it was around draft time), so I transferred everything to prospect payroll and had like $42 or $42 mil in my prospect payroll buget.
Did you spend more than $30M of it on split guys? More than one, not one stud.
yes, about 11 mil on the #3 draft pick, another couple mil or less on the rest of the draft, then the rest was spread out amongst about 5-6 international free agents. I wasn't seeing any studs, but landed a handful of very useful role players, or guys that would be studs outside of poor durability ratings, but should be starting in the playoffs. Definently no single large $30 mil+ offer
