take a look at the North Atlantic Conference - we have just 3 teams (one is a first year coach).  the other two are myself (been at Johnson St. since day one and not going anywhere) and carlbuzz at Becker (3 recent NTs)

If you are aiming for D II Tark, please take a strong look at the Heartland  - I am already there, and ranked #5. There are 8 openings and a few of those have decent history. I would love to be a part of this, but I'm not going to give up Valdosta St for it - but there is plenty of room...

We can do either D3 or D2 right now, if everyone is eligable we will go with D2 but if not we can go with D3.

Come join the Upstate.  There are only 3 human coaches in the conference right now, and I can guarantee I'll participate.  That means you could have at least 10 active coaches.  A couple of the available teams are pretty good, particularly Brandeis and Wash. U.  Clarkson doesn't look bad either.  We have a top-10 RPI D3 conference this year in spite of our lack of human-coached teams, so it seems like a good set of sims to take over.

Ok got you... also to be perfectly honest I really want to start our conference from the ground up, meaning we all take ok to bad teams and build them up. It would be cool to see our conference rise up and become the dominant conference in Knight D3...

This really doesnt matter until signups, but when choosing a team no one should take over a C+ prestige. Idk what conference we will be yet however if we get 8 guys and 6 have C prestiges while 2 have As that really isnt fun the 2 As will have a huge advantage and dominate from the beggining. I want everyone on equal footing.
