Unless I'm missing something, I think everyone's got a good track record but breum (anton can be slow, but that's because where he lives they barter for everything with whale blubber and Alanis CDs).  If anyone takes more than 2 weeks to pay after a winner is determined, I'll cover it and hound their ***(es) to pay me back.

Tiebreak.  There's always the possibility that ONE massive upset takes out the field and we have a four-way tie.
