On the world list page it would be great if there was a link to a description of the world in the forums.  A new forum could be created with a single post for each private world maintained by the commissioner (or other league members).  That would make the world's requirements and theme more evident to those who usually don't venture into the forums.

Not exactly - I mean each private world listing on the "Join a World" page should have a link that goes directly to a forum post with just information on that world - theme, requirements, etc.  Should also have a link that opens up a SiteMail to the world commissioner to apply.

I like it. It seems like a no brainer to me.
