I realized that he went to zero at AAA, then I called him up and he has never since went above zero.  So he hasnt thrown at all at the big league level.

Looks like Ryan Butler on the New Orleans team

he pitched 2 innings at 39% on 1/3 PM2 ... that fried him ... then he pitched 5 innings over 5 of the next 6 games at 0% (and heavy PC innings in the 30s because he was gassed) ... he will be at zero for a while

35/31 Dur/Stm isn't going to produce much more than 55-60 innings in a season.   He's hit the halfway point around 1/3 of the way thru.  All-Star break.  And, when he comes back, shorten his pitch count.   He shouldn't be throwing 30-35 pitches a game.
