I am 40, am married with 2 kids, work as a financial advisor and coach a JV high school team. It isn't hard to make a quick adjustment each morning and another one just before bed time. I struggle a little with recruiting sometimes, but it can also be a benefit because patience is key in waiting for drop downs. I do wish there was another 2 game a day world and a few less days between seasons. My drive to work is only a mile so I may have an extra hour or two of free time than big city folks. I used to live in Atlanta and spent about 2.5 hours a day going to and from work and it was only a 16 mile commute.
