i wish they would just let us budget money for coachs the way we do medical and training, and not have to worry about individual hires...

Coach hiring is not fun, and nobody I know of really enjoys it, but it's managable.  Doing away with it completely and just reducing it to a budget would be a step backwards.

I'm okay where with coach hiring is now, but I'd rather go in the direction of less detail than more detail (if we had to move in a direction).
