i'd recommend recruiting players that contrast with your current set. for example, a low-ath, high-reb high-lp center can be effective a lot of the time, but you dont want his backup to also be low-ath. also it looks like your starting lineup is essentially SG/SF/PF/PF/C

Don't want to sound like an *** here, but I'm not looking for advice, rightly or wrongly, I will succeed/fail on my own merit.  I may not look at this game as in depthly as some of you and if it costs me, then so be it...I enjoy playing the way I play...this is the best cbb game on the planet.
