kmason, i dont think he was saying to abandon defense completely and pick up a team of guys with >10 defense....but rather that you can go after a guy on occasion who you might not go after in another system if he has good speed/ath/per or speed/ath/bh/ft because even if he's not a great defender individually, he can still be effective at causing turnovers and putting points on the board.  a guy like that might be too much of a liability in another system because of the defense, but you can hide  1 or 2 guys like that pretty well in this system because they can still contribute by generating a lot of steals and getting out in transition

Thanks for clarifying that, bow. As you pointed out, I've been busy. I don't know why anyone would confuse the guy who was coaching there before me as an alt, I mean I know I'm not in any trouble of being confused with a good coach, but I like to think I have an idea of what I'm doing. The guy before me ran the program into the ground. As far as my starting lineup, I had to promise a lot of things to get people to come as I only had about 19k to try and sign 12 players. I appreciate the tips, though. I'll definitely keep them in mind and consider making changes. As far as distro, they're all pretty crappy, so they're all set to 0. I figure it's a fastbreak, just give it to whomever's open, even though it probably doesn't work like that.
