Never set yourself up to where you can't sign your picks. Depending on how much you have in your budget for Coll and HS, you could end up with 2-3 future ML level guys. I would rather have 3 pieces to my puzzle than rely on 1 good player. It never works.. Your team is not going to win because of one player.
