Sorry everyone, I was going to make a pick yesterday, but I was told by the wife that it was a no technology weekend. I will go with 2011 Justin Verlander.

Well, it's been pretty slow-going.  We're averaging just 4 picks per day.  I hope everybody checks in more frequently going forward, or else there will be a lot of skips.  We are drafting ONE ROUND PER DAY.

If people are skipped during a full round, where will they draft in the next round?

may I suggest a minimum delay when somebody makes a late pick before making their current pick? We shouldn't allow people to jump to the front of the line after making a late pick.

I would suggest that if someone doesn't make their pick by a set amount of time after their time has occurred, that they automatically pick the highest value player that their roster would allow (i.e. if the highest salary player is a 2nd baseman but they've already picked one of those, they wouldn't pick that player but the next highest salary player that they have a slot available for).

That way, Schwarze could still put out a new schedule for the next day.

[Edit] Or just have a deadline of something like 11PM EDT and then just auto-pick for anyone that hasn't picked for that day so that Schwarze could post a new schedule by 11:30.

That seems fair, I just wanted to have it ruled on before hand.
