Ok 1st 3 picks in the books: Will update the top 24 after completion of round.

I took Harrah over Evans/Baker.
When I broke it all down, IMO I felt that "overall" Evans projects as a #6 hitter and the draft is deep at OF so I should be able at 10 or 14 to secure a starting OF, whereas my pick, Harrah, would surely have been gone by then.. In the end I could not justify a #6 hitter as the second selection of the draft.

Harrah projects, again IMO, as a #2, #3 type hitter for most of his career. I also have Concepcion to put near the top of that order. So now I'll sit and wait until the 10th pick...
