First team came out with a payroll a skosh under 95 million.

I only ask that any owner that takes 2 teams makes the min with both teams.  I'm adding a rule that if you take 2 teams you must reach the min with each team to be playoff eligible.

Summer, I will say that I will make the min, but you are kinda relying on people in our division making the min too. IF there are some that don't make the min, it could screw one of us taking two teams.

on second thought, I'd like you guys to wait a bit before picking a second team.  The league's only been posted for a couple of hours.  Let's let some other owners look things over.  Let's say after 16 owners are in you can pick up a second team.  Sorry, but after thinking about it for a min I thought that would be more fair.
