If I'm on the fence with my team, they're not going to be up to start the season.   Some of us make decisions on the fly.

I agree. My wording was poor. The information is out there for everybody, but I'll make a big bet that most people don't find it for at least a few seasons.

I definately support adding Super Two, and doing so in a simple way (i.e. make the rule for avoiding Super Two a simple number, like 60 days).  Bear in mind, the 20-game rule would still be in effect for years of team control.  All it would do is force owners who use the 20-game rule to pay higher arb prices for one additional season.  It would not change my actions on most prospects one bit- I'd still hold them back 20 games for the extra season of control, and accept paying for the extra year of arb.  Especially for good prospects.
