onslaught, i'm not sure yet. i need more information. you haven't addressed issues like: tanking, trades, lottery, owners dropping out, draft rules, length of league committment, initial draft order, etc. hard to sign up when i don't know what i'm signing up to. it's like nancy pelosi telling congress: "we'll read the bill (obamacare) once everyone votes for it." but i'm interested.

this is sound advice and I've one more idea which may help this league.  Wait until the '11-'12 season
is released.  Pool the '10-'11 season with '11-'12 as the initial draft and regress 1 or 2 seasons
at a time from there.  Plenty of good young players starting to come into their own and would be
fun.

Sorry guys, i have a lot going on at work. Would not have the time to Run a progressive league. I will be setting up a single season league for anyone interested.
