I feel like if you miss the postseason, you should be exempt from losing someone to EE.  Is that real-world similar? No, but I think that's fine.  Give people a chance to earn some credits and stick around.

Absolutely agree w/ this. No way should a team that doesn't make the postseason lose an early entry. This isn't real life. You're all fooling yourself if you think you wouldn't be just as upset if this happened to you.
