I know this list is the go to, but I don't think it is 100%.  Its pretty close, but not set in stone.

I remember reading that in the last update, they lessened the effect of baseline prestige a little bit. Does anyone know if this is the case?

I found this in the developer's chat - There was a very minimal change to baseline prestige, but there was a more significant change to conference prestige. Used to make about a full letter grade's difference.
