Seeing this in the rules on Page 1:

You can use any $200K player from any franchise to fill out your roster. 

I seem to remember some ambiguity in prep for the 1970 season: I think there was another place where it says $200K players have to be from your franchise.  Shall we consider this to be disambiguated?  *Any franchise* becomes standard?

I think it has always been from "any franchise" until a few years ago when someone added "from your franchise" and also left the "from any franchise".  So i just took off the "from your franchise" and put it back the way it was.
