To piggyback on AB's comment on SIMS coming in the "last day." Actually I have found that the last few recruiting seasons the SIMS are coming in on the 2 pm cycle the day after signings on players not considering anyone. So your big moves now have to be made by 11 am the day after to be effective.

im trying to remember, is this case colonels is complaining about the one where someone was attacked heavily by a person with multiple IDs, from both of those IDs? its hard to keep track, there are just so many colonels complains about...
