I think an experienced owner (say 10 seasons or a win % over .550?) should be allowed free reign in their first season of budgeting.  After that, to me, 4 million of movement just isn't fair.  I think 6 or 8 would be much more reasonable.  It allows flexibility in 2-3 seasons to change direction without allowing drastic one year swings...  I personally hate the 4 Million hard limit on all teams.

I would like to know why I cannot max out my training and medical budgets when I take over a new team. The training budget is such a vital component that it should be able to be maxed out immediately. I think it should be included in the "advanced management" section to be able to be used by owners that have completed 4 seasons of HBD. It is unfair to new owners that take over teams with aged veterans and contracts in place to not be able to protect them with a maximum training budget right away. Especially when you consider inheriting contracts you didn't agree to in the first place. And if you can't allow it to be maxed out in the 1st season, at least change it to 5 million movement so I can at least be maxed out in the second season. I have no problem with the scouting budget staying the same, but the training and medical should be more open to movement. After 4 full seasons, most owners know where they want their budgets to be and I consider training to be one of the most important. Thank you for your consideration.

Great job with the new draft settings. You've really given us a sense of control with it.

Of course, when something like that happens, we want more!! Could WifS possibly consider splitting the draft up over three days? Rounds 1-5 on day 1, 6-14 on day 2, and 15-25 on day 3. In order to keep the schedule the same as far as signings and rookie league, you'd have to cut down initial prep time to 2 days from 4. This would allow us to adjust our settings as we go and provide a little more flexibility in the later rounds.

Thanks
Mike

That must be quite a long list.

I was looking for one that used the exact same wording as the one 19c58 got but couldn't find one.    But I know I've seen the "once a month" thing for at least 7-8 years.
