$hit happens...Get used to it, understand it...
I'm sure we would all like to 'leave' w/ grace/style, but sometimes $hit happens, and if you can't leave on someone else's schedule (at the 120 gm mark) sobeit...Get over it, move on, but please, don't try to extort a team from the leaver (I think I just made up a word)...

In other words...
Don't use leverage on a leaver if the leaver needs to tend his liver (okay, pancreas).
And I think it's a good idea to share information in the market, too. Caveat emptor. One has to be careful, especially when looking for a longer commitment with progressives or HBD.
