I'm in CIS in college currently and one of the biggest things that i have learned is that sometimes it is easier to completely start over then attempt to make a single change such as changing the job logic.  While I'm not entirely thrilled at this new HD that seble is promising, the fact that it will be all his programming will make it significantly easier for him to make changes in the future

Yea this was a brand new system build from the ground up so its not surprising that it would take a lot of time to get it done. Would rather that than have some rush job done in a month that is really buggy and unbalanced.

So this is Christmas, and a happy new year...

I like the game the way it is.

Some D1 job logic fixed, but some D2 and D3 too, I hate seeing somebody get a better gig at D2 while they spent a bad season going .500 at D3...

Some logic to the recruit generation fixed, make the D1 a bit more competitive by lessening conference tourney cash and edge on reputation letters Make the 50 best players all recruitable from everywhere...

And then ADVERTISE and it's all good.

GIve us a bit more coaching options, like who takes the last shot, etc.

It is very hard to sing this to John Lennon's tune...I think the lyrics need a re-write.

its already all his programming. He completely re-wrote the engine a few years ago. 

The games biggest downfall is when, the old Admin(Tarek),sold the  site/game to Fox Sports.

Are you insinuating that much ever got done before Fox Sports took over? I assure you that I've been apart of this site since 2003, and we've been dealing with this for years. 

It takes forever to implement changes, and when they do not many people feel it was for the better... About the only thing that has changed tremendously is the Dynasty games, and MAYBE Baseball. However; most of baseball's changes were to how you can search players and finally revealing the advanced stats that they've used from day one.

I look at last nights games.... how on earth could I lose....
I played a -5 defense..... and threw out a zone/press.......
That should have stopped them .....I just got "simmed" I guess....

and so this is Christmas....... for one and for all....
I think I'll get on the forums.... and let out a squall....
I just can't seem to win games.... the way that I should....
I've played lots of nintendo..... and gotten pretty darn good...
My teams should win titles..... even tho I coach Kalamazoo....
If they don't change this game soon.... I don't know what I will dooooo.

true story:
when i was in college waaay back when at A&M,
i had a plant pathology lab the morning after the national championship game.
every tuesday we had a 10 point pop quiz.
the tenth question that day was:
Who made the game winning shot last night?

might have been the only time I had the smart people trying to look at MY paper to get the answer,

that was really the only thing that made that game memorable to me at the time,  i had no horse in that race although i never liked IU and would have preferred they lose.

Then in the late 1990s I move to New york state and pretty quickly become a cuse hoops fan and then come to realize the curse word that is KeithSmart.

i personally liked it. although, i am a bit bias, there's really only one christmas song i don't turn the radio off over at christmas. i usually just go insane that time of the year (not to suggest that is unique to christmas time). its like dude i am not listening to a classic rock station to hear ******* jingle bell rock. that doesn't count. you just remind me how ****** i am, that i'll have to be out shopping on one more christmas eve, and how tired ill be when the damn thing is over, after cramming 5 family functions into 3 days. let me at least roam around in blissful ignorance until like the 20th. as it is, by early december im about to drive down to the station and open fire. yeah, way to instill the chistmas spirit, ********.
