I removed my second team request for Athletics. If there is space later I will choose a second team

Having just read cannotbebeat's sitemail about picking a second team, I'd like to make the following proposal: That for the first 3 days, selections are limited to one team each. After that, owners may select a second team in the opposite league on a first-come, first-served basis.

This allows for second teams, but also for everyone to get a good team with their initial selection, at least. It's great that some of our league owners will pick up the second team so we don't have to wait weeks to fill; however, ideally we'd have more owners with one team each. I hope this is a reasonable compromise. This is a fantastic league with a truly great group of loyal owners!

I will drop my request for the Indians, as my second team. I will maintain my claim on the Giants.

updating my team choice to Montreal/Wash fran and Texas Rangers - i will get two post expansion franchises over .500 if it kills me

Since this was Easter weekend, I will wait to here from a few more owners. I'm thinking of allowing second teams by Friday or Saturday.
