Ya there is a lottery for big 6 teams and top 100 recruits. Big 6 still have it easier.

As they should .. they have baseline prestige to keep their prestige higher on down years.

BUT .. a B+ prestige Mid Major == a B+ prestige Big6 team for the prestige calcs. That is, they are the same.

D2 B+ does not equal D1 B+ | The devs said that there is no overlap in the value of prestige .. all D1 teams have a higher prestige than any D2 team. So 0-27 (for the last 5 years) D- prestige Cleveland State (D1 team) is better from a prestige stand point than the 5 time defending national champ D2 team.
