It's just a term that is used for discussion purposes. Same as poaching. When poaching is discussed here, no one thinks that we are discussing poaching elephants in the African safari's.

We also know that seble is not flipping coins or playing rock- paper-scissors to see who gets recruits handed to them.

It's not that serious, it's just slang. So every time it happens, we don't have to say something scientific, mathematic, and drawn out.

He may have been applying for teams. But he may be losing dice rolls to other coaches for the position ;)
